I graduated from the University of Bridgeport Master of Science in Human Nutrition program back in 2014. Like most of my clients, I did every diet under the sun from Atkins, South Beach, Keto, Intermittent fasting, and even a very unhealthy made up “green bean diet”.
Nothing was sustainable. Nothing ever had me feeling the way I wanted to feel inside, or look how I wanted on the outside.
The truth is there no diet that is going to get you where you want to be! The good news is I've done the leg work for you, and I'm going to teach you a much better way.
